Discovering a hidden gem on Westminster Street! I've had the pleasure of enjoying the big feeling ice creams at Ceremony Coffee Shop before, where I tried the matcha and loved it. So, I was thrilled to check out their new storefront when it opened! The shop is charming, featuring two tables and a few seats. It seems they frequently rotate their ice cream flavors, as everything is made from scratch and incorporates many local ingredients. Although I wasn't a fan of the dulce de leche ice cream--it was a bit too sweet for my taste--the matcha was just as delightful as I remembered! I can't wait to try more flavors soon. read more
