I used to be a Starbucks junkie. I stopped by Big Foot Java when I was in a hurry to a doctor's appointment and have NEVER looked back. The drinks are amazing and the staff is incredible. I've been going there for a long time now and all the staff knows my entire family's order. (I do switch between drinks as well). If there is a newer employee they are very quick to learn and will even offer to remake your drink if it's not to your liking. I love the entire atmosphere there. Added bonus: They know my son is autistic and always show him lots of love and of course he LOVES THEM. Very family friendly and good drinks. What more could you want from a coffee establishment? Even the management is awesome. I will never go back to Starbucks and would recommend this place to anyone. I hear some say it's a little more expensive but for the service you get, it's well worth it. I rather pay a dollar or two more and get treated nicely than to save a buck and get treated like just a number. read more
