We hired Big Mitchell's Pit BBQ to cater an outdoor family picnic for our organization for 130 guests, including children. From the beginning, Sal and Theresa were amazing to work with. They helped us design the menu, provided the necessary insurance paperwork in a timely manner, and proactively communicated throughout the entire process. The day of the event, they arrived early, got set up, and got to work. Now, for the most important part: THE FOOD! It was amazing! Every single guest raved about it, from the yummy mac and cheese, crispy onion rings, to the tender and delicious BBQ chicken. They also served refreshing watermelon and the most delicious chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. The package also included an assortment of soft drinks and water, utensils, napkins etc. As the host of the event, I was grateful to not have to worry about this very important aspect.
