I moved to Cincinnati not too long ago and I've been looking for a good deal on tires. As there are a lot Tire Discounters in the area, I naturally looked at them and they did have some competitive prices. I also wanted to be able to put this on a credit card because I needed tires and didn't have a lot of money to spare at the time. I have an NTB card but there isn't an NTB in my area and I believe the closest one is in Dayton, OH. I have an NTB credit card and I noticed that the emblem for Big O was on it too. I found one not too far away in Hamilton. This place recently took over an old NTB from what I heard and I figured I could potentially get the same service as the NTB from back where i came from. I was right..... I was greeted as soon as I came in and I had the guy look up the quote because I had recently called to get the tires I wanted ordered because it was a traditionally stocked tire. Dylan looked up my quote an checked on my tires. While he was looking, i saw an awesome deal on tire alignments so i told him to add it to the quote. He let me know that there was a deal going on them where I could get $40 dollars off so since I heard that, I went from the one year to the three year deal We found my tires were shipped to the WHSE instead of the store so Dylan offered to go get them for me while the techs were aligning my truck. He kept me updated during the whole service experience which was pretty nice. I may have been there for a little over an hour but it was worth it for the good service I received. During checking out, Dylan saw my NTB card and let me know about an additional promotion going on if I used my card. I found this kind of rare that he was letting me know all of these deals. Another guy, Nick I believe his name was asked if I wanted to get my missing tire cap replaced. I was not aware that I could do that there. He called and got a quote for me and I told him to order it. Even though this location is a little out of the way for me, I will be back because the service I received. read more
