This was the WORST experience of my life! I had a flood in my kitchen and my insurance company hired this dishonest and manipulative business. The job was supposed to take 2 weeks; I was out of my home for THREE MONTHS! I'm a single mom, who was taken advantage of, and convinced that lamanent flooring was better than WOOD floors, which I had in my home previously. Now, I'm the only townhome without wood floors and my home has gone DOWN IN VALUE! They yelled and screamed at me when they were confronted in my home with the insurance company, making everyone uncomfortable. They were unprofessional in all aspects and ripped me off!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They are dishonest, unkind, manipulative, liars!!!! They do not treat you with respect and will do anything to convince you that a cheaper product is better, so they can POCKET the money. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!! I would give them negative stars if I could! My family has built many homes and none of us have EVER experienced anything this bad.
They also threw everything in my kitchen into boxes, without wrapping it, and items broke. They put my couches in the garage without covering them, and now they are ruined. The people I hired to fix the walls and and paint job (which was soooo bad) said they had never seen anything his bad in their life! It cost me a couple of thousand dollars out of my own pocket to fix their work! Nothing was cleaned after and my furniture wasn't moved back! read more
