Worst coffee experience ever... my daughter likes to come here so we stopped here last week. I ordered a $7.50 16oz WHITE coffee drink only to realize a couple miles later that regular coffee (which I do not drink whatsoever) was used. I called and spoke to Sarah who said she'd leave a note for me to come back the next morning and have it redone. I went the next morning, ordered the same drink and when it came time to pay, (the same barista who made it wrong the day before) I told her about the note Sarah was suppose to leave. Gabby / Abby comes out and tells me that she's "not allowed" to comp my drink because there wasn't a note in the back. Are you kidding? I was shocked with the lack of customer service. The barista even told her she overheard Sarah's conversation with me but she still charged me, I paid, then got another disgusting drink. It was white coffee but tasted very weird so I poured it into a cup and saw a ton of black coffee grinds at the bottom. I wanted to give them a 3rd chance but neither Jennifer Whitmore or the Area Manager were interested in replying back to me so I decided to post a review. If i were a business owner, I'd for sure want to know if people were running my stands this way. I will make sure none of my family or close friends return to BFJ. I'm 100% sure the 5 people that were in the car with me, won't ever return to any location. read more
