First time trying big foot Java all the way from Hawaii and all I can say is that, the workers here have ZERO customer service. The lady who helped us, her name's (Mae) was very unprofessional, took our order and she instantly made us feel unwelcomed. She started making our drink and once she saw a friend or relative on the other side of the window she asked a different worker to finish our drink just so she can chat with the person, so we ended up wasting more time waiting for our drink. Workers chat right in-front of you so you hear their whole conversation, 4 workers inside but only 1 person gets to move and makes the drink. I get that bunch of teenagers works at this coffee shop but at least try to be professional! Won't be coming back. read more
