Just tried the Italian Grinder at Billy Bricks and I have to say--it was absolutely delicious. The sandwich was packed with flavor, and I asked them to add mayo along with their house sauce. The combination blended perfectly and made every bite super tasty. My other half at the table added parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper to theirs, and that was a great move too--it gave it an extra kick and was just as delicious. The experience wasn't just about the food either. The staff were great--very attentive and happy to suggest menu items when we asked. The restaurant itself was clean, very nice inside and they were quick to come by and clear away finished plates and other table items, which made the whole visit feel well taken care of.
