So, first of all I read the reviews after Master Moving had already picked up my belongings being shipped from California to Michigan. The items included things that could never be replaced. They were antiques belonging to my mom who recently passed away. So, I was a little blurry eyed when I hired them. Once I read the reviews I was absolutely broken and afraid I would never see my items again or if I did, it would be weeks or months or broken and destroyed. WELL.... I am here to say that THEY WERE AMAZING TO WORK WITH and am so happy. They called a few days after they left and set a time for delivery. They took 7 days and were nothing but kind, efficient, and professional. If you back your own boxes properly, they will take care of moving them carefully. I am saddened at some of the reviews but want Master Moving know I am grateful for them and for bringing my belongings to Michigan safe and sound and FAST. read more
