This place is so refreshing to have in downtown frederick! Awesome atmosphere, right at the corner of a main street, and a very detailed menu. The cashier was super nice and explained the difference between the protein and regular smoothies. The girl who was making the smoothies was super quick and while watching her made sure she was concentrating on each individual shake! Can't wait to go back and check out the rest of the menu.
