When you walk into a Proper BBQ spot you can SMELL IT. Every time I think I have located a rib joint in Berlin I am seriously Bummed. The rack of ribs were smoked I don't know when or where. Because there was absolutely NO SMOKE coming out if this Joint. The pulled pork was Mixed with the sauce which Instantly tells you that the Smoke isn't relevant. Germans don't understand That the smoking process Needs no sauce. The sauce is on the side and the meat Is the 'Star' Then let's speak on the ribs, Once again I want the smoke...
