Occasionally I would stop by Blenz coffee for an energy boost. Since my first visit two years ago, I found the business owner has been focus too on making too many fancy choices of coffee beverages but the core - the taste of espresso has been diminishing, sometimes tasteless. In this visit, I didn't feel energized after having a cup of latte. This may also related to not sufficient staff in the shop. I saw only one person doing the role of barista and cashier. No one clean the table. I hope the owner can see the issue and don't go too diverse. Just stay focus and make good coffee. read more
