Hector Balmaceda of Blue Apple Construction has done a wonderful job at our house in Menlo Park, installing hardscape in our front and back yards, including a rebar reinforced cinderblock wall covered with tinted adobe, walkways with occasional stonework, an elegant cement bench separating our front patio from a berm (see photo 1).
