BlueDragonfly flooring did a very poor job of installing my laminate flooring. The biggest problem occurred when they wanted me to pay for services in full before they were even finished with the job. I refused to do so and they became enraged, yelling, cursing and threatening me with lawsuits. They also raised the estimate price up $850. I asked Jason to explain the increase in price and he refused to do so. He also told me that he didn't want me to email him or he would report me. The owner finally dropped the price about $750. There are also several areas where BlueDragonfly made bad cuts around the door jams, 4 to be exact. Those cuts are very unprofessional and they tried to fix some of them with caulking and it looks very sloppy. They also left a 3/8th inch gap between the laminate floor and bathtub which is way too big to caulk. I am presently getting estimates for repairs on the areas where they made very poor and unprofessional cuts. I do not recommend BlueDragonfly flooring. read more
