We drove past Bob Evans last night as we crossed over from West Virginia. Mrs. K. said that this was what we would have for breakfast today and so we did. After spending the night in the campervan nearby, we were here at 7am for their opening. The layout is the same as ever other Bob Evans and the restaurant was quiet this morning. With coffee started, we ordered breakfast that took about 20 minutes to be prepared. I guess they were starting from scratch today. French Toast for Mrs. K. which she enjoyed. A big spicy omelet for me that was also delicious. It would have been nice if the biscuits arrived first so we had something to start with during our wait. Easy to pay and be on our way.
