Poor Quality work, no support after Needed some chimney work to prevent water intrusion into the fire box. Pascal replaced crown and one flu tile and did not install crown properly and neve bonded first flu tile up top to the exiting flu tiles. We were advised twice that the fireplace was safe to operate and further inspections revealed it was not safe to operate. Complained to BBB and Pascal will not reimburse me for additional work that must be done. I would never allow any work from this firm on my property. Pascal refused to pay.
