We visited this truck while driving through Pendleton on the way to Portland. When we arrived the truck wasn't open yet so we got lunch at the Mexican food truck that shared the parking lot. When we were leaving, Bobablastic opened so we ordered a blueberry blended tea with tapioca. It was great! There were so many choices of flavors and toppings, including popping bubbles which are sometimes hard to find. The chocolate dipped strawberries and bananas looked really good as well. There were also several food options ranging from egg rolls and fried sweet & sour style dishes, 2 varieties of poke bowls, hot dogs & French fries with toppings like chili & cheese. The people running it were friendly and seemed happy to be working. I would definitely recommend this food truck, especially if you want a cold, delicious, fun drink on a very hot day! read more
