This is my third time coming here and I loved it, but today made me love it a little bit less. I ordered the XL coconut milk tea with no ice. I was told by the cashier Emma that I would be charged an additional .50 for NO ICE. She stated it was because she would have to add an additional scoop of powder in to make the drink with no ice. Whatttttttt! Mind you, I already know that you don't get additional boba's in the XL but one would think if you're being charged more for xl you would be getting more drink.....not the case! I then said so basically I'm getting a large for xl price? She answered yes. The only difference is the amount of ice? She said yes with a giggle. Now I'm not saying I won't be going back, but it's definitely a struggle because I don't feel it's right to charge me for something I'm not getting or being overcharged (the xl is really a large).
