This place is ridiculous! I ordered a family deal from this location today and am so disappointed. First of all, NO biscuits, DRIED fries, HALF-FULL cole slaw, and NO gravy on mashed potatoes. I called the store about the order, and the store manager named Jesse was soo rude and didn't know handle and manage customer complaints. NO customer service at ALL! He just told me to call the Corporate office to complain. His excuse was that there were only three employees. Why customers should consider about their short staffing when we pay the full price?? Also, the lobby was closed but I saw at least 4 employees chatting in the lobby. WTH!! He said I needed to bring back the foods to get a refund, but I am NOT going back there ever again!!!
