The dining area was clean and they had a dedicated person just to keep the tables and floors clean and the garbage emptied. The areas around the drink dispensers were clean. They have a 97.5 sanitation grade. Except for the restrooms, the place was very clean. Our food came out quickly. Our order was correct and the food was good. The cashier was friendly and competent. The one unappealing area of our visit was the condition of the men's room. It didn't feel clean and it needed attention. It needed hand soap. The paper towel dispenser was broken and left open to unroll the paper off the spool manually. One urinal was broken and covered with a plastic bag. The floors needed to be swept and mopped.
