My eyes were injured by the owner Cecilia during a routine lash fill after many months going there without incident. Burnt by the glue, and when I told her, unfortunately her true colors came out. Even when I provided proof of the harm the next day, including photos & that I'd had to speak to a nurse through my insurance for help on what to do, she didn't care. Wouldn't simply refund my money, which is honestly more than fair considering I wasn't asking her to compensate me for the damage done to my corneas.
