My baby Lola did not feel well for the last week. She started to look bloated. We made an appointment to see Dr. Pia on a Friday. As it turns out, Dr. Pia found a mass that developed around Lola's spleen. She said the mass bled. She recommended the blood test. The blood test revealed Lola having low level of white blood cells - an indicator of cancer. We cried the whole morning. Then we cried even more at Bond Vet. Good thing about Bond Vet comes from Dr. Pia being present and telling us the options to give Lola the last best days of her life. My heart breaks. We need to schedule a date for her release. read more
