This is the place for dessert in Bend! The line was out the door when we came, but that just attests to how good they are! Don't fret, the line moved pretty quickly. They have tons of flavors - seasonal, dairy, and non-dairy options, there's something for everyone here! Featuring a lot of local ingredients, Bontà strives to use organic products when possible. Their gelato is also all-natural without unnecessary additives, and this shows in their quality! They offer samples too!! (definitely a game changer!) You can either get the 4oz (2 flavors max) or 5oz (3 flavors max), and we all got the 4oz. I opted for their salted chocolate and rhubarb swirl. The gelato was creamy, thick, and not too sweet! It was a bullseye on everything gelato should be. Despite being extremely busy, all the workers were so friendly and didn't rush us or seemed stressed. Kudos to them!!
