Our second experience with Nathan and Kayla was awful. We hired them to install trim and paint a bedroom. The trim they did not communicate that all pieces were not there nor did they tell us they only had the doorway trim and missing the flooring trim. They proceeded with the job without any communication. The bedroom oh my goodness was a nightmare. They scratched our hardwood floors, had paint everywhere, missed so many spots, and so much more. I took tons of photos to send to them and they only offered to come back and repaint. Nothing for the damage or issues about trim. I passed on the offer for multiple reasons. read more
