Saw this new burger spot just opened up and it's walking distance from my house, so I figured, why not give it a try? Upon walking in, the artwork was pretty awesome, and the place was decorated nicely. My server greeted me immediately and brought me a beer pretty quickly while I waited for my group. She informed me that this was a soft opening, where they were just testing out the waters before their grand opening on April 20th. They only had selected food items on the menu, but they all sounded great so it didn't even matter. After my group got there, we ordered the Beef Nachos as an appetizer, and I order the Wagyu Beef Burger, think it was called the Swagyu. Especially since the restaurant was only doing a soft opening, the service was good, and for the few hiccups they did have, they bought us a round of beer and sake shots. I felt a sense of hospitality coming to this restaurant, and not to mention, the food was amazing. The burger was delicious, as were the nachos. I washed everything down with some Fat Tire on tap. I hope everything falls in place for these guys on their grand opening. This restaurant will be a hit. 5 out of 5 stars! read more
