Our real estate agent found this person for us. Terrible customer service, terrible roof job- started leaking a week after completion. No call backs after multiple voicemails, texts, emails. Very nice human- but should not own a business or have a business license. Had Real roofer tell me that The roof was 100% wrong for the pitch and will likely have to be redone. Bottom line, F%#! Albert- never use Bothell roofing. Terrible experience all around. Cost us far too much money to just leak again. read more
