Downtown Tulsa has a program yearly that highlights local businesses & this time around, Bowlcuts is part of it. I saw it on social media here & there and then saw the spot not too long ago while talking a walk. I made sure to make my way here soon & after trying to Beefy Boi bowl, I can't wait to try the other bowls on the menu. The other two options, Chile Lime Chicken and Green Machine were sold out and after trying what I had, it might not matter whichever is on the menu because it was that good. Beefy Boi starts with cilantro lime rice, spicy shredded beef, queso fresco, roasted corn, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli & cilantro aioli. That's a nice list of components & it all comes with great flavor. I ran through that bowl so fast that I know the staff members were questioning how hungry I was. Speaking of which, the staff members were super nice. They always made sure they were making my bowl the exact way I wanted it (I actually kept everything on deck, even the onions, I'm turning a new leaf y'all). When I looked down at my bowl, all I saw were the aiolis & I knew I was in for a treat. Plenty of queso fresco & PLENTY of the spicy shredded beef.
