Box Lunch is always a treat to stop at on the Cape, as it's been a family tradition well before my time. They are well famous for their sandwiches, with so many choices of toppings (check the menu), which are freshly cooked and well prepared. John Alden is/has been my go to every time and I don't know if I'll ever go with something else, because it's so delicious. They also provide breakfast as well, and of course lunch, but not dinner. If only there was a Box Lunch back at home, that would be amazing. It's recommended to call ahead of time to place your order, if not, that's not a problem. Waiting usually takes 5 - 10 minutes without calling ahead. There are some tables if you choose to eat in, although, they are well known for take out. Service is always great, seeing the same worker(s) over the years and even recognizing us. Now that's what I call, awesome personality. read more
