All I can say about Brass Spatula is WOW! Elyse, Jennifer, and Sam are truly the dream team. They worked with us to craft the perfect wedding menu, catering easily to every dietary issue we could throw at them. They also adapted flawlessly to our small, rustic venue, and coordinated with the rentals so we could focus on having a fun, stress-free day. Finally, (and importantly!) the food was incredible, leaving our guests raving - especially about the filet. We were impressed that the food was just as good on our wedding day as at the tasting, given how hard it is to cook for large groups.
