I was going to say that this is a rather typical German pub, but honestly, I really can't tell you what a typical German pub is like. This one is basically located on the shopping mall just outside of the old city, and yeah, it really isn't all that fancy. However, the staff were pleasant, and it was a reasonable place to have a beer.
