If i could rate this place a negative star review i would. This place is disgusting. I came here to wash a load of clothes, a loaf of towels & 4 big blankets.
I noticed they had a big washing machine which i was excited because maybe i could get all of my blankets done in 1 go... $18.00?!?? Just to wash?
As i loaded my towels i realized that the detergent area was quite gross, but i mean.. it's a public laundry mat. I didn't mind that. It was after the load started did i notice the build up of green algae and brown and black stains or something on the inside of the rubber. This comes from not cleaning the machines regularly. Which is crazy given the amount i paid to do the load of towels was $6.00, and i haven't dried them yet.
I went over to the other side to load my clothes in i see these signs that say "no blankets, no dog begs, shoes ... etc..". which now I'm thinking "wow thats great that they have a separate section for just clothes.. (keep in mind i have my blankets in my cart bc i am waiting for an open washing machine on the other side) the worker, comes to around the dryers and speaks very loudly so that everyone else can hear.. "excuse me, no blankets over there".
As a customer i was shocked because how rude is it to embarrass someone because of the lack of context. I replied embarrassingly "yes, i know.. i saw both of the signs.."
