I saw this place on my Instagram feed that recently opened and I wanted to stop for some morning coffee. Great little spot with nice space inside for work. The owner who greets you as soon as you walk in; he is so nice. I have never been particular about pour over coffee over Starbucks but let me tell you, the cold brew here was far superior. I'm not a black coffee drinker so I get a iced latte with the cold brew and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal milk! It was absolutely delicious and took every ounce of my being to not finish immediately getting into my car. I got three for my coworkers as well and they all agreed it was excellent coffee.
