Every time I come to visit Ridgeway, I make a stop at Brimstone. This brewery in small-town Canada punches way above its weight and outshines many a big city brewery. Enlightenment, Hail Mary, and Let There Be Light are all consistently good from their core beers. The last time I was there I tried their loganberry ale, Last Ride, which was really good and hopefully they'll have it on the menu again on my next visit. read more
