One of my aunts turned me on to this old school butcher about 20 years ago, and this is still my favorite place to go for smoked meat, steaks, ribs, pork chops, roasts, etc... I'm gonna have to take pics of this place for you to really get a feel of how much of a quality business this is. Any cut of meat, you can find it here. Hunters need a place to have their deer processed.. Bring it here. They smoke all of their own meat, make sausage, scrapple, and beef jerky. Bacon lovers... They have a bacon of the month club Need a treat for your dog? They smoke bones and pig ear treats for your pet. Plenty of spices , sauces, and BBQ charcoal is sold also. There's a huge glass window on the side of the deli where you can view the butchers cutting up whole pigs and sides of beef, if that's what you're into... The newest addition on the outside corner of the business is an ice cream shop... Looks like there's enough here to keep the adults and kids happy. I never get tired of visiting this place. read more
