Do NOT, Do NOT use this moving company. They messed up on so many things...scratched wood floors, broken marble dining table, broken glass in print frames. Movers were kind but INEFFICIENT. They had NO COMMON SENSE with the order they moved things so they had to move things multiple times which took double/triple time. The furniture was placed haphazardly. I had to ask them to center and adjust most of the furniture pieces correctly. They used plastic wrap on things that had no need and I had to remove all the wrap after they left. Then they ran out when it was needed and requested for the floors of the condo building we moved into. They had no regard for my belongings and threw things wherever. Ryan was great. Unfortunately he had no power to help with the problems. Kyle has 2 sides. He is sweet as pie when you call and schedule. Then is a very mean and difficult bully like when you call about problems. I was given an insulting $60 for the claims I made in damages which wasn't worth my time filling out the forms. After calling again, the owner Adam said he would make it right. I actually thought I was "being heard" so I spent more of my time on this issue. I was sent another measly $60. Save yourself a lot of headache AND frustration.
