We drove to Llubí on a Sunday and not a creature was stirring except for the folks near Brut. The restaurant was easy to find and parking was remarkably easy given this is Mallorca. The restaurant looked imposing but we settled in easily. The other guests were good company and once we decided on a starting beverage and the beverage pairing we were off on the adventure. The chef uses unique local and fermented products to good effect. His team delivers excellent service and food. I enjoyed everything and would recommend the experience to others interested in a food adventure. I'd be surprised if a Michelin star weren't in the future. read more
