I've been coming to Buda Laundry while I'm waiting for my washer to be replaced, and it's been a great experience every time. The facility is always clean, which makes a big difference when you're spending time there. I also really appreciate that they offer both card and coin payment options. I was able to use up my quarters and then use a card- my purse is much lighter! The staff is friendly and helpful, and today really stood out. I watched the woman at the front offer to help fold laundry and even walk an elderly customer out to her car. That kind of kindness and customer service goes a long way. They've also made it surprisingly family-friendly. There are coin games for the kids, and the massage chair basically changed my kids' lives . It definitely makes the whole laundry trip a lot more fun. I haven't tried the wash-and-fold service yet, but after seeing how attentive they are, it's definitely tempting.
