I was shopping next door when I saw this new store and decided to pop-in. Once I stepped inside, I thought the shop was so cute. Everything was very organized, clean and it felt warm and welcoming. It also smelled very good, but not overwhelming. Shortly after we entered the store we were greeting by who I assumed was the store manager (I am bad with names) she explained what they did, what they sell and how each product worked. I was very, impressed! I had never heard of the company before and I didn't have to approach anyone to ask what the concept was. After her short explanation, she let us shop without hovering over us. Her customer service is why I bought something, she had me sold. I also have sensitive skin, so I usually don't purchase any specialty soaps, but I bought 2 bars of soap and 2 shower bombs. She said if I hand any skin issues just bring the soaps back. They were running a special 4 items for $20. Kinda pricey for everyday purchases but definitely great gifts ideas.
