I only came back here because I left a negative review the first time I came here and the manager actually called me, apologized and gave me a $25.00 voucher. I came back to the same inefficiencies I saw the first time. I had to order in-person to get the voucher. I ordered a Caesar Salad with the chicken on the side, extra croutons and extra dressing, 10 wings, fries and the free Heineken 0.0. I got the salad, no extra croutons, no extra dressing, no Heineken, but did get the wings, which were decent, hence the 2 star review instead of 1. I was told 15-20 mins, which turned into 28. I normally wouldn't complain about 8 mins, but the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. I waited at the bar and had a $13.48 Pint of Guinness. Just for reference, a Guinness at Yankee Stadium is $12.50! I guess I am partially to blame as I checked the order. After the beer and wait, I focused on making sure my wife's meal (the salad) was right. I didn't realize the beer and fries were missing. I thought there was the extra Caesar dressing, but no, it was 2 Blue Cheeses. If the Manager reads this, there is no need to respond . No amount of a voucher will bring me back. I'll return to that building when the next restaurant moves in there, which hopefully will be soon. read more
