Love the great selection of food. The food was made from scratch and did not come in a bottle. This is something new for me. I just recently tried Viking's NYX and was very disappointed. Their sauces came from bottled pre made stuff. Here at Buffet 101. Service was very attentive. Beautiful restaurant. Enough decoration to make it pleasant without over doing it. But more importantly we love the food. We will definitely be back here again. read more
