Wow, if you do a lot of cooking, or baking, and live in South Edmonton, you definitely need to stop at Bulk Barn. Any, and every, ingredient you might need is here and it's in bulk: flour, spices (exotic ones at that), pistachios, all kinds of rice, candy...I can't even wrap my head around the amount of foodstuff that is here. Everything is sold by weight and you get to scoop as much as you want or need. If you're buying bulk, the price comes out to be much cheaper than if you were to buy it packaged at another store. I can't believe I didn't find this store sooner. Actually, I think it only opened up recently, so I have an excuse.
