I have used Bumperactive for both personal orders and bought merch from their store and have been impressed with the quality each time! In my experiences the team was super accommodating and made sure that I was happy with the design/layout and kind in guiding me through the process without ever making me feel rushed or like they wanted to sell me something I didn't want/need. Covid has been a hard year especially for small businesses and I was surprised to see the number of harsh reviews when my experience with them has been nothing but wonderful. With covid and shipping delays across the country I think it's important to keep that in mind with any orders and try to plan accordingly. I can't speak to the lack of communication because that was not my experience. I don't want to discount anyone's experience but did feel compelled to share my own. This year has been hard for all of us to navigate so if their service has lacked during this time of figuring everything out, I have faith in their ability to make things right and hope that this review can encourage others to give them the opportunity as well. I know this has already been long winded but I would like to again mention that the quality of their products are top notch. I have family in the screen printing business so I'm familiar with the world and am particular in my expectations on materials and process so I was very happy to find a local unionized shop like Bumperactive to support. read more
