Wow wow wow - first timer at Burdy last night and a friend of ours had told us about their chicken parm sando and how good it was so we went to Container brewing for an art pop up and decided to get dinner too and thank god we did!
I got the chicken Parmesan sando with Serrano peppers and spicy mayo and my veggo partner got the eggplant Parmesan sando with spicy mayo and we were both blown away! They use a chicken thigh for the meat sando which I always respect because it's much juicier than a breast. The fresh mozzarella and the tomato sauce was incredible on this sando too. All in all you have to go here to grab one of these guys.
Also be sure to order the Italian fries - double deep fried, crispy, while soft in the middle and dipped in a thick ketchup is .
The staff was awesome too and to be able to grab a beer at container, sit on the patio and enjoy the sun and sando was fantastic. Highly recommend. read more
