i've gotten chicks here twice now, and i really like the store, but yesterday when I went to get chicks I had a bad experience. A lady working their (i think a lady) was handling the chicks so poorly it was hard to watch. She dangled the chicks by their feet and turned them upside down. I understand if a costumer wants the healthiest chick so you have to "test it" but we made it very clear we did not want her to do that but she handled every single one like it was some sort of product. From aggressively snatching the chicks up and squeezing their crops, and holding them by one foot 5 feet off the ground. Very sad. read more
