Got a sweatshirt zipper replaced here and was charged about $40 for it (?) .... Then the zipper melted in the dryer (which i never run with high heat) now the sweatshirt is completely ruined. It was a very sentimental item that I had trusted was in good hands. Didn't think a $40 zipper should be able to melt like that and be completely useless before i could even wear the item. Not sure if I'll even be able to get it fixed again. It's really too bad because I typically refer everyone I know to this place. I understand being a small business is tough, but they gave me a (expensive) faulty product and didn't offer to fix it and i also received a lot of attitude when i asked about it, being told that it was my dryers fault? No, it was your cheap repair that cost me way too much money.
A follow up to this... this previously described instance happened when I was picking up a separate order that I had dropped off to be taken in. A pair if mother denim that retail for around $250. I trusted them to be able to take in a pair of pants about an inch and what I received back was also beyond disappointing. Not only is the seam !!!!unfinished and unraveling!!!!! before I ever even wore them, but the pockets are uneven! And the seam looks like a crooked railroad track. These jeans were an investment for myself and now they're ruined as well. I don't recommend this place at all. Photos below: read more
