had one of our best meals while in Germany at buya! we arrived for an early lunch upon open and lucked out because the place was pretty empty. it's a spacious venue with both indoor and outdoor seating, they were only seating outside during our visit in June. you know it's good ramen when it's a 100 degree summer day and you're enjoying piping hot noodles outside. noodles are homemade and they have tons of vegan options including a great drink list. they make everything in house, from scratch and boy was our meal delicious. the chilled white wine and cool cucumber appetizer was the perfect starter. loved the vegan tan tan ramen with miso soy meat. This will remain on our list when we come back to Germany. great vibes, loved all the live plants and especially loved the disco ball outside. read more
