A wonderful new addition to downtown Boulder, C-Bar combines an intimate lounge setting with a delectable assortment of comestibles. Even though I don't drink, I appreciated the wide assortment of spirits, custom cocktails and mocktails. But what really stood out for me was the quality and selection of the food. We had the truffle fries (delicious and a must have). The steak tartar (which is usually a risky bet, but incredibly well done and would order again), and perhaps the best fried chicken sandwich in Boulder.
