I would rather pay for verizon its more straightforward. Update: I call to cancel. They send me to promos. Promos sends me back to customer service. Customer service sends me to retention and retention tells me I have to cancel in person. I explained my bill is paid there is no reason he can't cancel it. He then spitefully, turns off my service before the end of my billing cycle. So I basically paid half a month for nothing.
