The water stopped working in our house around 10am and originally we thought the city was doing some work in the neighborhood. We called the city and they sent someone out to check the meter because there was no work scheduled around us. Their piping was fine and they said it was probably a bad line going from the meter to the house. We were recommended to call Pablo from Cactus Rooter by a family member who had used them previously. We wanted someone we could trust but also someone who could take care of it quickly as we had NO water in the house. They were able to come out early the next morning, gave us the best quote (we got three), and got to work right away. They did a great job! Had to dig up the old line which was corroded and also replace the shut off valve and pressure regulator. I also had him drain our hot water heater, since that should be done every year or so out here in AZ to remove the sediment. Overall they did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up the area of all dirt/debris. Pablo was great! Would definitely call him again for plumbing needs. read more
