Omg! I had a great experience. As soon as I walked in I saw smiles on employees faces which made me a little less nervous for my appointment. I forgot my photographers name but she was amazing, she made me feel comfortable in my skin even allowed me to look at my pictures after she took them. She had red hair and I believe blue eyes. Everything was great from start to finish, all the way up until we came back to pay for the pictures. The person assigned to my family and I, was Bethany. Bethany was honestly, my favorite part of the experience. She was very kind to my family and took made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. But there was a miscommunication between corporate and Bethany's managers. We were told from the beginning that we had a $200 off coupon and that we could use it on our purchase. Then we were told, very close to the end, that the coupon would not apply to our purchase and would only apply to one of the thousand dollar purchases. This made sense but I wish we were not mislead and management should make sure that doesn't happen again. read more
